Best thing about Hawk is you can track the progress via a web app. Which is a big motivation to come every day!
There are various program but “Insanity” would be the best for ppl trying to get things done quickly includes perks like monitoring and diets with a decent bill.
The gym has got all the equipment’s to get the job done. Also the program includes lot of kettlebells and was astonished with what you can do with those.
Kudos to the trainers for the support and guidance… much appreciated🙌
